We are seeking motivated, and experienced candidates to join our coaching team, as we prepare for our FY24/25 Let’s Play program. We currently operate in seven school districts including Montgomery, Baltimore, Washington, Prince George’s, Caroline, Howard Counties, and Baltimore City!
Site Lead (Head Coach Mentor)
Our Site Leads are experienced and supportive leaders who guide and develop coaches and players alike. They help coaches create positive, motivating, and inclusive environments for athletes while ensuring the implementation of the Let’s Play! program.
Coach Mentor
Our Coach Mentors combine coaching soccer skills with character development. We support players in handling challenges, nurturing their leadership potential, and reinforcing values like persistence, optimism, and self-regulation. By connecting with athletes on a deeper level, Coach Mentors inspire lasting impact beyond the game.
Junior Coach Mentor
We provide volunteer opportunities for middle and high school students who want to make a positive impact, and enhance their community!
This is a great way to complete your Student Service Learning hours for school while making a difference in your community.
