US YOUTH SOCCER CARD: The USYS Member Pass/Membership Card, required for players and Team Officials, has changed for the 2012-2013 seasonal year. Supplies of these new cards are available to teams through their leagues or club representatives. Player signatures are no longer required on the card and cards are not printed in duplicate.  Downloaded photos are not mandatory for the 2012-2013 seasonal year, but highly recommended.  Photos from prior year cards cannot be re-used. Each card must be signed, stamped by the team’s Registrar, and lamiated.
