The Maryland State Cup Draw will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 12:00 noon at the Four Points by Sheraton BWI, 1001 Scott Drive, Baltimore, MD  21240.  This event is open to all individual team officials who wish to attend; however it is important to note that each club playing in the Maryland State Cup is required to send a representative from their club and is responsible for disseminating information presented at the draw to their club teams that are participating in the 2013 Maryland State Cup.  Additionally, the club representative will be responsible for delivering state cup match balls to all of the club teams that do not have a team representative present.  All age divisions will be holding their individual draws simultaneously of each other.  Although this change will allow for a more streamline and efficient draw, a club representative will not be able to attend all of the age division draws at one time.  As such, attendance by team representatives are not mandatory but highly encouraged as the draw for all age groups will be held concurrently. 

It is important to note that per the 2013 Maryland State Cup Rules, "each participating team must be represented at the Cup Draw by a Team Official listed on their roster, their designee, or the State Cup Club Representative for their club.  Teams not represented will be subject to a $200 fine, which must be paid within one week of the Cup Draw."
