Welcome to the 2013 Maryland Presidents Cup
Cliff Walcott - 2013 Maryland Presidents Cup Director

Welcome to the 2013 Maryland Presidents Cup Tournament. As a member of Region I we fully support every opportunity to serve the greater body of Maryland’s competitive teams.  This US Youth Soccer event gives teams the opportunity to compete at state, regional and national levels.

The 2013 MSYSA Presidents Cup application will be available starting the beginning of January, 2013 with the application closing on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 11:59pm.  The Presidents Cup draw is scheduled for Saturday, March 30 at a location to be determined.  All teams should plan on sending a representative to the Presidents Cup draw.

We are working feverishly on bringing this event to the most soccer-friendly venue available; so continue to monitor the website for this and additional updates on this year’s Presidents Cup. At this time, games are being scheduled at one location; however, check the MSYSA website for a complete schedule of dates, times and location.  Over the course of the tournament weekends, updates and alerts on weather and schedule adjustments, scores and so forth will be posted on our website as close to real time as possible. It is important to review the tournament rules found on the website of the Presidents Cup page.

We are very excited to bring this event to Maryland’s greater community of competitive soccer teams and promise you an environment of fun, great competition and sportsmanship. Remember! You can earn the rare privilege to play teams from other states in the 2013 Presidents Cup Regional Championship Tournament scheduled for May 24 – 27, in Manchester, New Hampshire.  Regional winners will then compete in Auburndale, Florida for a National title.

We look forward to an overall great soccer experience!
