Welcome to the 2013 Maryland State Cup competition…the first leg of the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series!  We’re glad you will be participating in this outstanding event.  State Cup is the premier tournament in the state. The teams battle to be declared the Maryland State Champion and will advance to represent Maryland at the Region I Regional event. They will play against 14 other states in our region and the winners at U14 and above will move on to the National Championship.

The 2013 MSYSA State Cup application will open online for team entries January 2013 with the application deadline of Wednesday, February 13, 2013.  Please make sure your application comes in before the deadline.  The State Cup draw will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at noon at the Four Points by Sheraton BWI, 1001 Scott Drive, Baltimore, MD  21240.  Please remember that ALL TEAMS should plan on sending a representative to the State Cup draw.

The State Cup 2013 initial first round of 32 will be played on turf fields at a place to be determined with the remaining four rounds of 16, 8, semi-finals, and finals all played at the Germantown Soccerplex.  With the feedback from our members and the continued desire for a premium tournament, these fields will provide an outstanding 2013 State Cup tournament environment.

This website will have all the current information concerning State Cup dates and schedules including help with questions on registration and fees. The MSYSA website changes frequently with alerts and updates so please make a habit of checking the website over the duration of State Cup.
