MSYSA ONLINE REGISTRATION TRAINING SCHEDULE
Webinar Training Available


MSYSA will be hosting multiple training webinars for their new online registration system.  If you were unable to attend the initial training session at the MSYSA Workshop or if you would like to receive additional training, please see the below.

Web conferencing is used to conduct live meetings, training, or presentations via the Internet. In a web conference, each participant sits at his or her own computer and is connected to other participants via the internet. 

Training is conducted in real time with the webinar instructor and participants will be able to communicate with each other and the instructor over the phone .  This can be done in the comfort of your own home or if you prefer, you may come to the state office.  

**Please note that these classes fill up quickly.**

      1.)     Training at the state office:

a.)  Email executivedirector@msysa.org and confirm attendance at the state office.  You should plan on arriving no later than 15 minutes prior to the meeting.

 

2.)    Training at your home or other location:

a.)   You must have internet access and phone connection. (This service IS MAC compatible.)

b.)   Email membership@msysa.org to reserve your spot today.

c.)   Links and Access Codes will be sent in email confirmation upon receipt of meeting reservation

Registration Procedures for MSYSA Organizations/Members

 


Step 1:  Team Configuration - (Link was sent to all MSYSA Affiliate Presidents- If you did not recieve the link and you are a Club/League President, please contact the MSYSA State Office.) 

This is to be completed by the Club/League President or Designated Primary User Only.

 

a.)     Choose your club’s name from the dropdown list.

b.)     If you do not find your club, this step has already been completed by someone else. 

 

c.)      If you think that an error has occurred, please call the state office for verification.

To be completed by every MSYSA volunteer, coach, club and league officer and MSYSA employee

 

a.)  ALL coaches, assistant coaches, team managers, team parents, volunteers, registrars, club and league officers, MSYSA employees and Board members for all MSYSA organizations must fill out this registration form.  Board members of clubs and leagues must register here BEFORE your organization can proceed to their Annual Membership Registration Application.

 

*Please note that you will not be able to complete this application until your Club/League officer has completed Step 1, the team configuration application.

Step 3:  Annual Membership Registration - (Link was sent to all MSYSA Affiliate Presidents- If you did not recieve the link and you are a Club/League President, please contact the MSYSA State Office.) 

 

This is to be completed by the Club/League President or Designated Primary User Only.

 

a.)  All organization board members should complete their own online Adult Registration Application BEFORE the Annual Membership Registration Application for the club is completed online.

 

b.)  All MSYSA organizations MUST register here annually.

The links above are for out of state players and non-rostered guest players to register. Once payment is made, and recorded, the state office can issue the pass. All other documents are printed at the end of the form.

Registration for 2010-2011
Fees
The annual Player Registration Fee for the 2010-2011 seasonal year has not changed from last year.  As a reminder, all league play at U-11 and U-12 will be no more than 8 v 8 with the maximum roster size set at 14 players.  Also remember that the roster limit for U-16 teams was increased to 22 players last year.  Travel team fees shown in the table below reflect the roster size limits for these age groups.

The Team Fee is based only on the roster limit (first column in the table). The second column provides typical examples of how the roster limit is applied, but may not be a complete list.

It is a league choice on whether the expanded roster (22 players for U-16 and older) is offered. When it is offered, game rosters listing no more than 18 players from the team roster must be submitted to the league for each game.
