All MSYSA affiliates are required to meet certain criteria each year.   Organizations will be placed in bad standing if the criteria is not met.  An organization placed in bad standing is suspended from all MSYSA activities and programs, including their right to vote at the Annual General Meeting each summer. Players registered with that organization cannot participate in team practices, league play, tournaments, State Cup, Presidents Cup or ODP. Insurance coverage is also suspended.   

Affiliates are removed from bad standing as soon as registration fees and/or registration data are received at the MSYSA State Office.
