     On May 13, 2009, the MSYSA Executive Board adopted a measure concerning the lamination of US Youth Soccer passes: 

• a)               For the 2009-2010 seasonal year, all State Cup teams must laminate their US Youth Soccer passes.

• b)               Beginning the 2010-2011 seasonal year, all travel teams must laminate their US Youth Passes.
